Support
Something not working? Say so.
Sunup is made by one person, and every message gets read by that person. Write to bradysuryasie@gmail.com with your iPhone model and iOS version and you will usually hear back within a day.
The alarm did not ring
- Open iPhone Settings, then Notifications, then Sunup, and check that notifications are allowed with sound on.
- On iOS 26, also check Settings, then Sunup, and make sure Alarms is allowed. That is what lets Sunup ring through Silent mode and Focus.
- Keep the app installed and do not force-quit it from the app switcher right before bed. iOS can drop scheduled alarms from apps that were force-quit.
- Check the alarm is switched on for the right days in the app.
The mission is not showing on the Lock Screen
The mission appears as a Live Activity after the alarm rings and you tap “I’m up”. Live Activities need to be allowed in Settings, then Sunup. If you have no mission attached to that alarm, nothing will appear, by design.
Opening another app from a mission
The Open button only works if that app is installed. If it does nothing, install the app, or edit the mission and pick a different one.
Subscriptions and refunds
Sunup Pro is billed by Apple. To cancel, open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. For a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com; Apple handles all refunds directly. If a purchase is not showing up in the app, use Restore Purchases on the Pro screen.
Deleting your data
Everything Sunup stores lives on your phone. Deleting the app deletes it. Details are on the privacy page.
Feature requests
Email works for those too. The app grows out of what early users ask for, so be specific about what you were trying to do.
